Grant started CrossFit back in 2010 to make a change from conventional gym workouts. He was introduced to CrossFit when moving home from Atlanta and joining CrossFitWV. He has been hooked ever since. The workouts are addictive and the community CrossFit builds is amazing. CrossFit plays a giant roll in his life, and hopefully will for years to come!

Q: What is your favorite CrossFit movement?
A: Cluster or the Squat Clean Thruster. It is a complicated movement that is extremely exhausting. You know you have gotten a full workout in when you do them. No part of your body is spared when you do this movement.
