Brandon has spent almost his entire life being very active. This includes playing various sports, outdoor activities, and general fitness.
In late 2013 he started CrossFit and immediately became hooked. He obtained his Level 1 in 2015 and has been coaching ever since. What started out as a desire to become as fit as possible quickly shifted into a passion for helping others change their lives.
Seeing a person change both physically and mentally right in front of my eyes is what keeps me going. I want a class I coach to be the best hour of someone’s day.
